Why can Reiki be empowering in sport?

For many people the first thing which comes into mind when they hear the word reiki is: “relaxation”.

If they already came along it at all…. 😉

Surprisingly, lots of people still have never heard about reiki and are wondering about it: its wide variety of benefits, apart from deep relaxation; actually, reiki can be applied and can work beneficial on all stages of life and for all kind of purposes.

MAKKO-HO for your meridians

 Ying yang, Makko-Ho, Lanzarote, Shiatsu, Reiki, innerer Frieden, Gesundheit

Makko-Ho are part of Shiatsu technique, not a traditional Reiki technique. 🙂

A wonderful complementary at any moment of life, you can perform them anywhere and at any time to promote physical, emotional, mental and generally energetical fitness.

Practise just one of them, if you like to support a specific meridian; though, the benefits of performing a routine of all of them together are unlimited: more flexibility and strenghts for joints, tendons and muscles, a quieter state of mind (it is very meditativ) and a generally better sensation of calmness and wellbeing.

All you need is a quiet place, a not to hard base/floor to sit (specially for no. 2), may be a yoga or gym mat, comfortable clothes and about 10 minutes – nothing else.

FIT4LIFE 40+ on Lanzarote

Fit4Life Frösche

On January 11th we will start again with Fit4Life 40+.

A gentle but powerful “training”, which calms body and mind, strengthens, centers and gets you in completion again.

This programme is adaptable for ANY age group and for ANY kind of physical condition, included golden agers and pregnant women; still interesting enough for somebody, who likes to find his/her center but has a good fitness level.

Meditation and a carefully created yoga fitness combination will give you a great start into the day.

We will meet in the morning at the divine beach of Playa Honda, enjoying the sunrise with the salute to the sun; no better start to the day possible, relaxed, empowered and with inner peace.
