Yesterday i was interviewed for an international Reiki congres and was asked about my spiritual path and my Reiki path.
Made me talk for the first time in public about my spiritual experiences and how Reiki came later into my life as well… the basic for everything i do now: spreading love, health and abundance.
Working a lot in social media, i received some interesting messages about yoga over the last days….
One idea specifically came up in different words, that surprised me a bit…
Means, the focus in practising yoga lots of people seem to take…
Some of the messages included:
– yoga is very difficult
– you do yoga, do you also meditate?
– yoga is great to get sweaty
